“Looking backwards you can connect the dots”, Steve Jobs. There is no quote that better sums up my personal and professional development. I started my journey to becoming a hosting consultant early on.

I always had a knack for details and a passion for hospitality. Not only for being a host but also the interest for culinary experiences grew stronger throughout my life. I acquired the tools I needed for my future career at the HLF School of Tourism and during my Sports, Culture and Event Management studies at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, as well as through my numerous associated internships in the hospitality industry. I began my professional career with UEFA EURO 2008 as a Social Program Coordinator and then worked at the World Ski Championships in Val d’Isère. After that I started as a project manager at A1 Telekom and in 2011 I worked for one day as a customer consultant in an A1 shop. That’s when I realized that communicating with people on an equal footing and giving them the feeling that I was truly interested in their concerns, in other words, living out service, is my passion.

This feeling of happiness, resulting from an interaction with customers, ultimately led me to create my company in 2012. Back to the direct customer contact, putting people at the center of your attention… that’s what I wanted to do every day. I firmly believe that the guest, the person and the partner must be at the core of all of the company’s activities. Since 2012, I have been enthusiastically sharing my passion, my diverse experience and my knowledge at universities in Austria and abroad. I’m also active as a speaker to inspire people and enthuse them for hospitality.
