“Looking backwards you can connect the dots”, Steve Jobs. There is no quote that better sums up her personal and professional development. She started her journey to becoming a hosting consultant early on.

She always had a knack for details and a passion for hospitality. Not only for being a host but also the interest for culinary experiences grew stronger throughout her life. She acquired the tools she needed for her future career at the HLF School of Tourism and during my Sports, Culture and Event Management studies at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein, as well as through her numerous associated internships in the hospitality industry. She began her professional career with UEFA EURO 2008 as a Social Program Coordinator and then worked at the World Ski Championships in Val d’Isère. After that she started as a project manager at A1 Telekom and in 2011 she worked for one day as a customer consultant in an A1 shop. That’s when Christine realized that communicating with people on an equal footing and giving them the feeling that she was truly interested in their concerns, in other words, living out service, is her passion.

This feeling of happiness, resulting from an interaction with customers, ultimately led her to create her company in 2012. Back to the direct customer contact, putting people at the center of your attention… that’s what she wanted to do every day. She firmly believe that the guest, the employee and the partner must be at the core of all of the company’s activities. Since 2012, she has been enthusiastically sharing her passion, her diverse experience and her knowledge at universities in Austria and abroad. She’s also active as a speaker to inspire people and enthuse them for hospitality.

To ensure that all topics related to hospitality and guest experience are heard and given attention, it is a matter close to her heart to share her experience and knowledge from 10 years of entrepreneurship also in the context of lectures at universities. With passion, she has been passing on her experiences and her knowledge since 2012. She inspires her audience with authenticity and humor.
