In 2015 we put the Hotel Liebnitzmühle in Lower Austria through its paces and brought in our expertise in hospitality and customer service. We put ourselves in the position of the guests and have thus been able to experience what they think, feel and desire. Based on this we have jointly defined marketing activities, devised new concepts in order to be able to offer their guests a varied range of services and to redesign the ongoing operations to provide the guest with a pleasant stay.
